Our commitment
We want Doppel to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, voice control or high-contrast settings.
Standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA on this website and in the Doppel dashboard.
What we do
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Forms have labels that screen readers announce.
- Text and interface colours are chosen for sufficient contrast.
- Animations are reduced when your system asks for reduced motion.
- Meaningful images carry text alternatives.
- The dashboard is available in English, Russian and Uzbek.
Known limitations
- Some charts in the dashboard do not yet have a full text equivalent.
- Voice messages your bot sends or receives are transcribed only when transcription is turned on.
Report a barrier
If something on Doppel is hard or impossible for you to use, tell us and we will help and fix it. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
