Important: Doppel is not a replacement for you. Users must disclose to their contacts that they are using an AI assistant where legally or ethically required.

How Doppel handles your data is described in full in the Privacy Policy. In short:
Telegram Integration: Doppel acts as your personal Telegram client using the Telethon library. Your Telegram login session is stored encrypted so your bot can keep running; deleting your account ends it.
Doppel operates on a subscription model:
Processing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
Automatic renewal: Paid plans renew every month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. The 14-day free trial turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
Refunds: Refunds requested within 14 days of a charge are handled by support by hand: write to [email protected].
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of billing period.
Doppel uses multiple AI models:
Rate Limiting: Reply limits are per calendar month and reset on the 1st.
Model Availability: If a model becomes unavailable, we will automatically use fallback models. No service credits for temporary outages.
You may not use Doppel to:
Doppel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
Your use of Doppel is at your own risk. We are not liable for any consequences of AI-generated messages, including but not limited to miscommunication, offense, or platform violations.
We may terminate or suspend accounts that:
Upon termination, your data is deleted immediately; backup copies are gone within 14 days.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan (or your residence if different). Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
